Oct 10th - Green Drinks - 5 to 7pm

October's Green Drinks is being sponsored by Solarize Mukilteo Contractor Team (A&R Solar andNorthwest Wind & Solar) at Diamond Knot Brewery & Alehouse in Mukilteo.

Solarize Mukilteo is a community-led initiative to bring solar energy to homes and businesses in zip code 98275 and surrounding areas. A collaborative effort of Northwest Sustainable Energy for Economic Development (Northwest SEED), Snohomish County PUD, and a team of local volunteer residents, Solarize Mukilteo is a time-limited initiative designed to help people “go solar” via a streamlined process and group discount. Learn more at www.solarizewa.org.

Diamond Knot’s original alehouse is in a building that has housed a pub for over 20 years. Before the building became a pub, it was a bus garage used by the local transit company and the main roll-up door can still be seen just inside our front door. The original thick, sturdy wooden beams and open plank ceiling, giving the building a wharf-like atmosphere that fits perfectly with the their nautical feel and the waterfront on which they are located.

Anchor Pub in Everett

Let’s raise a toast to the planet, while we figure out ways to NOT toast the planet!

Come enjoy a casual July GreenDrinks at the Anchor, where we will be celebrating the long awaited completion of "the kitchen"!

Good things are worth waiting for.  It will be a "no-host" affair but lots of drinks and food at reasonable prices - not to mention a great opportunity to mix and mingle with like-minded friends.

Anchor Pub began serving customers over 102 years ago.  Opening in 1907 as Mulligan's Saloon, it ran as such until the Volstad act. Dykeman Architecture Firm was involved in rehabilitation of the building, which was within the historic core of downtown Everett that involved stitching together two different buildings into one historically sensitive design.

Now known as neighborhood pub where music and friendly staff are a constant, owners Holly and Jeff Gibson are committed to establishing great customer service, a solid cocktail program, and tasty bar food from local fresh ingredients.
