A few words from Bluewater:
We are a small-batch distillery with
an unprecedented sustainability focus, forging a new path in the world of
spirits. Our small-batch spirits are created from the finest organic
ingredients, using traditional copper pot stills to create a level of softness
and smoothness that industrial producers will never match. We value community
and tread lightly on the planet.
Our new distillery features a
tasting room, retail store, waterfront cocktail bar, private event venue &
production area. Stop in for a taste or join us for a social occasion. We’re
looking forward to seeing you.
