A few words from Bluewater:
We are a small-batch distillery with
an unprecedented sustainability focus, forging a new path in the world of
spirits. Our small-batch spirits are created from the finest organic
ingredients, using traditional copper pot stills to create a level of softness
and smoothness that industrial producers will never match. We value community
and tread lightly on the planet.
Our new distillery features a
tasting room, retail store, waterfront cocktail bar, private event venue &
production area. Stop in for a taste or join us for a social occasion. We’re
looking forward to seeing you.

Cedar Grove: Cedar
Grove plays an important role in diverting organic waste from
landfills. From two local facilities, Cedar Grove composts over 350,000
tons of residential and commercial yard and food waste annually. If
Cedar Grove had not invested in this technology for our local community,
all that organic waste would disposed of as trash and shipped to
landfills. Instead, Cedar Grove transforms it into nutrient-rich
compost-based products. www.cedar-grove.com
